These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Kirk," "Subscriber," or "you") and Ezekiel Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Front Desk, a missed-call recovery and business communication service accessible at frontdesk.youroutsourcecmo.com.
By accessing or using Front Desk, submitting your information through our opt-in form, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Front Desk is an automated business communication platform that provides service business owners with the following capabilities:
The service is designed for use by small to mid-size US service businesses. Front Desk is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
Trial Terms: New subscribers receive a 15-day trial for $1.00 USD. Full access to all Front Desk features is included during the trial period. Your payment method will be charged $1.00 at the time of signup.
At the conclusion of your 15-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a monthly plan at $49.95 USD per month. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the same day each month unless you cancel prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you will retain full access to Front Desk through the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with no less than 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Ezekiel Enterprises LLC. These messages may include:

All content, software, technology, trademarks, and materials associated with Front Desk are the exclusive property of Ezekiel Enterprises LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without express written permission.
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the service. By using Front Desk, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.
Front Desk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcome will result from use of the service. Your use of Front Desk is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ezekiel Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, customers, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Front Desk, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chatham County, Georgia, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address no less than 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately at the end of your paid period. We may retain anonymized usage data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
